The requirements:

Classrooms 1,2,3,4
• Removal and disposal of the existing floor coverings
• Supply and installation of the new floor coverings including floor preparation – carpet
tiles and vinyl
• Removal and disposal of the existing double hinged timber doors
• Supply and installation of the new commercial grade glazed aluminium doors with new
door hardware as required
• Supply and installation of 10mm Autex wall covering to lower walls, including wall
preparation
• Provision to supply and install new heat pumps
• Provision for ILE connection between classrooms 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 with sliding doors
• Painting to skirtings and make good where required.
Cloak Bay and Toilets
• All works to be upgraded as a like for like basis
• Replacement of the existing the toilet sinks, tapware and toilet cisterns
• Replacement of the existing floor vinyl to vinyl as per MoE requirements including floor
preparation
• Replacement of the existing toilet partitions
• Replacement of existing ceiling lining with the new plasterboard lining
• Supply and installation of new Hale or similar compact laminate wall lining to toilet
walls only
• Replacement of the existing external timber window joinery with new 40mm
commercial grade aluminium window joinery suite, remediate any rotten timber where
required

• Replacement of existing fluorescent lighting units to new LED lighting units
• Replacement of the existing internal doors with new timber doors
• Replacement of the existing external doors with new 40mm commercial grade
aluminium glazed door
• Provision for new door hardware where required
• Painting to new surfaces where required
• Allow to make good any damaged areas
Teachers Resource Room
• Removal and disposal of the existing floor coverings
• Supply and installation of new carpet tiles floor preparation
• Supply and installation of new heat pump
• Painting to existing ceiling and walls where required.
