Project Details:
Demolition of existing walls, roof, wall coverings, floor coverings, ceilings linings, windows, doors , fixtures, furniture, electrical, and lighting
- Construct new wall framing and floor framing including foundations and waterproofing
- Supply and installation of new exterior cladding
- Supply and installation of new lintels
- Supply and installation of new ceiling framing
- Supply and installation of new roof framing, roofing sheets, flashings, gutters and downpipes
- Supply and installation of new internal and external aluminium windows and doors including manifestations
- Supply and installation of new insulation
- Supply and installation of new plasterboard wall linings to walls and ceilings
- Supply and installation of new skirting and architraves
- Supply and installation new carpet, vinyl, and entry mats (including floor preparation)
- Supply and paint walls, timber doors, trims and ceiling
- Supply and installation of new lighting and electrical works
- Supply and installation of new Autex Wall Coverings
- Supply and installation of new plumbing works and sanitary fixtures
- Remove and relocate existing sinks
