Project Scope:
- Block 8 (Rooms 9 & 10)
o Remove x2 sets of exterior windows to each classroom.
o Install 3 door stackers.
o Remedial work to include existing wall linings and wall trims.
o Replace existing wall linings with new acoustic wall linings in both classrooms.
o In Room 10, replace existing ceiling baffles with new direct fixed acoustic
ceiling tiles.
- Block 10 (Rooms 11 & 12)
o Replace existing carpet in both classrooms.
o Replace existing wall linings in corridor and install new acoustic wall linings to
display student artwork to modernise area.
o Paint interior.
o Fill in area of removed skylights and paint.
- Block 10 (Boys & Girls Toilets)
o Remove and replace existing vinyl, WC pans, basin, toilet partitions.
o Supply and install new vinyl, WC pans, basins, taps, wall linings, toilet
partitions and hot water cylinder.
- Block 11 (Rooms 14 & 15)
o Replace existing carpet in both classrooms.
o Replace existing wall linings in corridor and install new acoustic wall linings to
display student artwork to modernise area.
o Paint interior.
o Fill in area of removed skylights and paint.
