Project Scope – Accessibility bathroom & toilets to Block 3 & Block 5, canteen toilets
Strip out of the boys bathrooms in Block C, refurbish the toilets to the same specification as the drawings. Remove all linings and floor coverings, run hot water to all new basins, insulate and insert new linings and coverings. Remove and replace all windows and doors, remove and replace asbestos cladding. Replace the current cubicles and allow for an accessible toilet. All electrics to be renewed as necessary.
Block 3 ILE Classroom Upgrade – Scope:
Existing classroom walls extended out under soffit with new framing and new aluminium doors.
Full internal upgrade including new structural portals to open walls, new breakouts and aluminum
sliders, new carpet, new Autex lining and new suspended ceiling.
