. The Contract Works required are:

i. Demolition
ii. Supply and installation of new framing
iii. Supply and installation of new windows and doors
iv. Supply and installation of new insulation
v. Supply and installation of new wall, roof, and ceiling linings
vi. Supply and installation of new inbuilt seating and cabinetry
vii. Supply and installation of new flooring
viii. Supply and installation of electrical, lighting, HVAC, security, data, and fire Services.
