The contract works required are:

• Remove and dispose of the existing window joinery units.
• Supply and install new aluminium commercial grade (40mm) window units to match existing.
• Inspect and repair timber surrounds
• Supply and install new window hardware to match existing (stays, hooks, locks & Latches)
• Make good to any damaged areas and after the window replacement
