The contract works required are: Block 8 refurbish toilet blocks on ground floor and 1st floor site and civil works in courtyard between Blocks 9, 4 and 7. -Contract value: $168,619.63 -Project manager: Martin Hall -Lead designer: Stephen Mattews Architects
Scope The project consists of the conversion of standard Nelson Block classrooms to a special needs facility. Wall alterations, electrical, plumbing. sliding glazed doors, floor coverings, painting, Autex Composite wall linings. Architect: Architects Adams Architecture Contract Value: $220,000
Construction of a new early childcare centre at Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakauranga. Arcchitect – CASA Ltd Construction cost – $3,098,304 Construction commenced on this project in late February 2015 and is due for completion in November 2016. .
