Project Scope: Hall windows to west side to be partially filled filled and exterior of building clad to match the east side; New window winders in hall; strengthening works to mezzanine internal stairs; targeted replacement of hall ceiling linings and new light fittings installed; new film to existing window joinery; repaint all interior walls; apply Autex to specified areas; fire separate the hall from the admin building and so on.
