Project Scope – Refurbish interior of existing Administration Building, replace/refurbish the windows and re-roof the building in part. Construct new entrance canopy and
new external raised decking, stairs and ramps. Install specified structural components and building services systems. Complete associated external works.Demolish and dispose of two-classroom block with asbestos containing materials, as per MOE policies and procedures, and making good of neighbouring building.
Demolish and dispose of concrete walkways, ramps and steps.
Demolish and dispose of existing main entrance.
Demolish and dispose of internal walls, linings, ceilings and flooring.
Supply and install structural steel elements (posts and beams).
Remove and dispose of existing window and door joinery with new units to be supplied and installed.
Refurbish identified existing window joinery units.
Construction of new main entrance and external deck.
Construction of new walls and ceilings with insulation, linings, wall and floor coverings as well as paint.
Internal refurbishment of existing bathroom facilities and construction of new Acc. WC.
Limited exterior works remediating identified water egress issues.
Supply and installation of new joinery units for storage, reception and kitchen facility;
Installation of new and alternation of existing services including electrical, plumbing, fire and mechanical.
Siteworks including but not limited to landscaping, new asphalt area, new fencing and gates where detailed.
