Project Scope – Mellons Bay School, The main works is to demolish two internal corridor walls and install new beams to carry the roof load. This will create a larger open plan teaching space for two classrooms. Doors and windows within the block will be replaced with new aluminium units, and there will be some new aluminum internal windows and doors. A new breakout area will be formed, one wet area removed. Remainder of the work is internal fit out to replace and renew wall and floor coverings, alterations and replacement electrical fittings and associated works.
